Product Backlog: The Product Backlog is an artifact produced through the Scrum process. It is defined by Ken Schwaber as a prioritized list of project requirements with estimated times to turn them into completed product functionality. Estimates are in days are more precise the higher an item is in the Product Backlog list. The list evolves and changes as business conditions or technology changes.
Example of use:
- · “I need to update the priority of tasks in the Product Backlog.”
- · “Ask the Product Owner to add that task to the Product Backlog.”
- · “I want to look at the Product Backlog.”
