Sprint Retrospective: The Sprint Retrospective is a meeting defined by Ken Schwaber as a meeting that is held at the end of a Sprint and led by the Scrum Master. During the Sprint Retrospective the Team discusses the Sprint they just finished and determines what could be changed in order to make the next Sprint more pleasant and productive. This meeting is Timeboxed to three hours.
